While working full time she went to school and took advantage of the TANF Grant offered to St. Ann's employees and became a Licensed Practical Nurse and then a Registered Nurse. She is now the Director of Adult Day Services and Nurse Manager on the Special Care Unit for Dementia. "It has taken a lot of hard work, dedication and motivation but it has been more than worth it,"stated Rola. I love to care for people, it's my passion. St. Ann's Community allowed me to achive my dream of becoming a Registered Nurse."
