Hospice Care at The Heritage

To meet the needs of our terminally ill nursing home residents, St Ann’s partners with Hospice staff to provide care that assures comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Our specially trained professionals are highly skilled at providing palliative (comfort-oriented) care for anyone who has an illness that cannot be cured.

Hospice care may be appropriate for patients suffering from heart, lung, liver, kidney failure or other diseases.
